Frequently asked questions about NgageFlow
What is NgageFlow, what can its AI agents do, and how does it fit your IFS landscape? Direct answers below, grouped by topic. NgageFlow is part of the Ngage Suite, built by EX10.
Product
What is NgageFlow?
NgageFlow is an agentic AI workflow platform built for IFS Cloud. It connects 700+ business apps to IFS, runs AI agents that read, decide and act on ERP data, and automates the work between systems with a visual no-code builder. It is part of the Ngage Suite by EX10 and is generally available Summer 2026.
Who is NgageFlow for?
NgageFlow is built for teams that run IFS Cloud — finance, supply chain, maintenance, customer service and IT. Business users build flows in the visual builder, while IT keeps control through projects, role-based access and self-hosted deployment.
Do I need developers to build flows?
No. Flows are built visually with triggers, branches and loops, and end users connect tools like Gmail, Outlook, Slack and Teams with one click — no API keys or developer setup. When you do need custom logic, a code step lets developers drop in exactly the piece that is missing.
What does a typical NgageFlow automation look like?
A flagship example: an email arrives with an invoice attachment, an AI agent extracts the data, validates the supplier in IFS, posts the invoice to IFS Cloud and notifies the AP team in Microsoft Teams. The same pattern — capture, decide, act in IFS, notify — applies to orders, work orders and supplier onboarding.
IFS integration
How does NgageFlow connect to IFS Cloud?
Through a native IFS Cloud connector. It reads and queries records, creates and updates records with safe concurrency, executes IFS actions and introspects entity schemas — without custom integration code.
Can NgageFlow react to changes in IFS?
Yes. A built-in trigger fires whenever IFS records are created or updated, so flows can start from events inside IFS — a new purchase order, an updated work order, a changed customer record — and carry the work into any connected app.
Which other apps can I connect to IFS?
NgageFlow ships with 700+ connectors, including Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets, HTTP and webhooks, and OpenAI-class AI models. If a system speaks HTTP, NgageFlow can reach it.
AI agents & data
What can AI agents do inside a flow?
Agents run as workflow steps. They can use any connector as a tool, extract data from documents and emails, make decisions against your business rules and act on IFS data. Agents purpose-built for IFS come from the Ngage platform.
Which AI models does NgageFlow support?
NgageFlow connects to OpenAI-class language models through its connector library, so you choose the provider that fits your data policies. Because the platform can run self-hosted, model access stays under your IT team’s control.
Does my ERP data leave my environment?
Not if you self-host. NgageFlow runs in your own cloud with Docker and you keep full data ownership; data only goes to the apps and AI models you explicitly connect. If EX10 manages hosting for you, the same principle applies — your data remains yours.
Can people review or approve before an agent acts?
Yes. Human-in-the-loop steps — approvals, forms and pauses — let a person check an agent’s work before a flow writes to IFS. You decide which steps run autonomously and which wait for sign-off.
Deployment & security
How is NgageFlow deployed?
Two ways: self-hosted in your own cloud with Docker, or as a managed cloud operated by EX10. Either way you keep data ownership and get the full platform — visual builder, native IFS connector, AI agents and templates.
How does NgageFlow keep teams and projects separate?
Multi-project isolation gives each team or customer its own workspace with its own flows, connections and members, governed by role-based access control. NgageFlow also supports MCP, so approved AI assistants can work with your flows.
Buying
When is NgageFlow available?
NgageFlow is generally available Summer 2026, and early access is open now. Early access teams pilot the platform on one of their own IFS use cases with EX10 alongside. Book a demo to reserve a slot.
How much does NgageFlow cost?
There is no public rate card during early access. Pricing follows how you run the platform — self-hosted in your own cloud or operated by EX10 — and is scoped to your IFS environment and use cases; enterprise agreements can also cover the wider Ngage Suite and implementation. See the pricing page or book a demo for a written quote.
