IFS automation templates: 400+ ready-made flows
IFS automation templates turn a blank canvas into a working flow in minutes. Pick a template, connect your apps and IFS Cloud, adjust the steps to your process and publish — the fastest route from "we should automate this" to a flow that runs.
From template to your project in three steps
A template is not a demo — it is a real flow that moves into your project and becomes yours.
Pick a template
Browse 400+ ready-made flows by category or search for the process you want to automate. Each template shows its steps before you commit.
Connect your apps
The template asks only for the connections it needs — IFS Cloud plus the apps in the flow. Gmail, Outlook, Slack and Teams connect in one click.
Make it yours, publish
The template becomes a normal flow in your project. Rename fields, adjust branches, add an approval — then publish a versioned flow.
Once installed, templates behave exactly like flows you built yourself — versioned, observable and governed by the platform.
Six templates IFS teams install first
Each one maps to a use case page with the full story — the process, the flow and what changes for the team.
Invoice capture to IFS
An agent reads invoice emails and PDFs, validates the supplier and PO in IFS, and prepares the posting for approval.
Order intake from any channel
Emailed and portal orders become clean IFS customer orders, with gaps flagged for a person instead of silently guessed.
Supplier onboarding
Collects supplier details by form, checks for duplicates in IFS, routes approval, and creates the supplier record.
Maintenance alerts
Watches IFS work orders and asset events, and alerts the right crew in Slack or Teams the moment something needs eyes.
AP approvals
Routes invoices above a threshold to the right approver, chases reminders, and posts to IFS only after a yes.
Daily IFS digest to Teams
Every morning, a digest of overdue orders, blocked invoices and open work orders lands in your team channel.
400+ templates across every corner of the ERP
Templates lean on the 700+ connector catalog — including the native IFS Cloud connector — and many include AI agent steps out of the box.
Common questions about templates
What is an IFS automation template?
A template is a prebuilt, working flow — trigger, steps and logic — for a common process such as invoice capture or a daily IFS digest. You copy it into your project, connect your own accounts, and it runs against your IFS Cloud. It is a starting point you own, not a black box.
Can I change a template after installing it?
Yes, and you are expected to. Once installed, a template is an ordinary flow in your project: edit any step, change the logic, add approvals or AI agents, and publish your own versions. Nothing about it stays locked.
Will templates match my IFS Cloud configuration?
The native IFS connector introspects your entity schemas, so template steps configure against your actual fields rather than a generic model. Where a process is heavily customized, EX10 consultants who know IFS can adapt the template with you.
